The process changes according to the projects we're working on. Generally, we’ll have our initial consultation, gather the information necessary to draft a proposal, receive a signed proposal and deposit, and then issue a timeline. The timeline will outline the various meeting dates, including a kick-off meeting when necessary, presentation dates throughout the life of the project and a publish- or go-live date accordingly.
There are a few things that our clients can do to help before getting started. Any pictures that are to be included on a web site should be provided in a web-ready format. Web-ready means a resolution of at least, but not more than 72 dpi, in jpg, png, tiff or gif file formats.
We request all copy (text) to be provided in an email, on a disk, a Microsoft Word file, a USB media stick or any other type of commonly-accepted digital format. If you require that we transcribe your copy for you, we will bill for our services at a reduced hourly rate.
The more these items can be consolidated and prepared accordingly, the more we can help you get your projects completed in a timely and cost-effective manner. To get started, simply give us a call or send an email and we’ll take it from there. We look forward to hearing from you!
